Data Processing
When you visit our website
www.borgmannlegal.com, usage data is transmitted through your internet browser and stored in so-called server log files, such as the following: Date and time of retrieval, name of the page called, amount of data transferred, the IP address and the requesting provider. This data is used only to ensure safe and trouble-free operation of the website and will be deleted after three days at the latest (legal basis: Sec. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR).
When contacting Borgmann Legal, the following personal data is usually collected: First and last name, telephone number, email address, address. This data is used exclusively for processing the request and will be deleted after completion of the processing or, if applicable, after the statutory retention periods have expired (legal basis: Sec. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a, b and f GDPR).
